Customer Service Assistant

The Customer Service Assistant will:

  • Liaise with customers on all matters pertaining to their account. This includes handling orders for installation, discontinuity or change of service.
  • Process daily paper work and prepare relevant documentations such as contracts and database updates.
  • Handle complaints from and negotiations with clients and third party

The successful candidate should meet the following requirements:

  • Ability to present ideas and information clearly in both written and spoken English
  • Ability to perform simple mathematical operations – add, subtract, multiply, divide - quickly and accurately
  • Basic computer knowledge and skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work under tight schedules
  • Meticulous and has a keen eye for detail
  • Portray a professional image that is in synch with the Company's mission
