Sales Representative (Account Executive/Manager)
The Sales Representative will:
- Generate new and repeat sales while increasing sales and average order size by cross-selling, up-selling, add-on sales and offering promotional sale items
- Determine customer requirements and expectations so as to recommend specific products and solutions
- Proactively recommend items needed by customers to increase customer satisfaction and improve transaction profitability
- Educate customers about terminology, features and benefits of products, in order to improve product related sales and customer satisfaction
- Regularly attend sales meetings, vendor training and trade shows, and read trade journals to keep updated on consumer preferences and product developments
The successful candidate should meet the following requirements:
- Possess an approachable and pleasant personality
- Ability to present ideas and information clearly in both written and spoken English
- Basic computer knowledge and skills Present a professional image at all times to customers and vendors
- Ability to multi-task and work under tight schedules
