OFFICE MANAGER

Executive Assistant cum Office Manager

The Executive Assistant cum Office Manager will:

  • Report to the President-CEO of the company
  • Perform general administrative, accounts, payroll and human resource duties
  • Manage all operations and be the key liaison person for the various company departments
  • Assist in staff training
  • Assist in refining and developing company products
  • Manage and co-ordinate communications and network solutions

The successful candidate should meet the following requirements:

  • Management and/or Accounting Certificate, or equivalent
  • 3 to 5 years of previous office management experience
  • 1 to 2 years in an Internet related industry. Preference will be given those with previous experience working with an ISP.
  • Knowledge and skills in Act, Word, QuickBooks Pro, Excel, PowerPoint and email
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work independently as well as with others in a team
