Executive Assistant cum Office Manager
The Executive Assistant cum Office Manager will:
- Report to the President-CEO of the company
- Perform general administrative, accounts, payroll and human resource duties
- Manage all operations and be the key liaison person for the various company departments
- Assist in staff training
- Assist in refining and developing company products
- Manage and co-ordinate communications and network solutions
The successful candidate should meet the following requirements:
- Management and/or Accounting Certificate, or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years of previous office management experience
- 1 to 2 years in an Internet related industry. Preference will be given those with previous experience working with an ISP.
- Knowledge and skills in Act, Word, QuickBooks Pro, Excel, PowerPoint and email
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work independently as well as with others in a team
