Adrianto has had a keen interest in design since he was young. For the Indonesian, design can be found in everything, including nature. He approaches every design work with the view that it is something beautiful and yet functional at the same time.

After his graduation from the Architecture department of Parahyangan University, Indonesia, in 1994, Adrianto managed all aspects of promotions at the Jakarta office of Sinarmas Property Developer. During this time, he continued developing his interest in design by attending design seminars or courses.

His expertise in design came in handy when in 1996, he oversaw the graphic design, interior shop design and visual merchandising aspects of The Body Shop outlets in Indonesia from the Jakarta office. In 1998, Adrianto relocated to Bali and joined first Periplus, then Hard Rock Hotel Bali, as head of the graphic design department.

Two years later, he became the Art Director at Saritaksu Communication. This was followed with art direction at Cyber Inter Active in 2001. In 2004, he decided to concentrate on designing websites where clients include the Kudeta Restaurant; Made's Warung; Begawan Giri, and Downtown Villas.

In 2005, he helped to establish Barefoot Multimedia where he continues to execute his creations with design flair and architectural precision.
